  In the Customer Orders module, VXplorer users with proper security rights are able to maintain the customer order status. They can also add/edit customer and customer order notes - all within VXplorer!
• Print Customer Order Confirmations in HTML format
  Customer needed a way for salespersons, who only ran VXplorer (not VISUAL), to print customer order confirmations. Now, it is a simple button click right inside VXplorer. And, since the order confirmation is in HTML format, it is simple to view, print, or email!
• Custom Multi-Site ATP Display
  Client had several distribution sites. Available-To-Promise (ATP) is calculated utilizing specific criteria regarding customer demand, warehouse id, type, and status. Display shows detail for each site and all demand orders sorted by required date.
• Nearest Dealer Locator
  Enables users to provide a U.S. or Canadian postal code and list all dealers within a specified distance (in miles or kilometers) in the Customers module search list. This is very useful when referring a retail customer to dealers in their area!

Please note, the features listed above are only activated in VXplorer for the customers that ordered the custom programming. These features are, for the most part, specific to each customer. On the other hand, there are many, many features available to all VXplorer users that are the direct result of customer requests. Those features were implemented at no charge. We take great pride in the fact that we take customer requests very seriously.
